By visiting, shopping, and/or booking an appointment through this website you accept the following terms and conditions with Kundalini Reiki® Canada. Please read them carefully.

Cancelling a Class

When you register for a class preparations are made for you beforehand including your manuals and certificates. Rooms are rented and paid for. Sometimes we have visiting teachers that travel great distance to be here. Cancellations of classes outside of our 24 hour guidelines and 'no shows' will forfeit the amount paid for that class. Please understand that not showing for a class is not fair to the teacher or to the other students who wanted to attend. We often have a waiting list for classes. Your class booking is your commitment to be here. For that reason, WE REQUIRE 7 DAYS NOTICE FOR ALL CLASS CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING. Deposits are nonrefundable after this time. No shows and last minute cancellations (under 24 hours) will Not be refunded. No exceptions.

Refund Policy for Products

Class Manuals and Downloadable products are non-refundable. If you are having difficulty with a download, please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help you determine the cause of the problem.
